I've put rear axle seals in my 1957 Chevy pickup and now the left anxle is magnetized about one foot down from the spleens. Is that common on older pickups? Can anyone tell me how I get the spleens in the spider gears? I need help1
As Click and Clack would say "Doesn't anybody screen these calls?" A possible answer and a question. Possible Answer: Maybe someone used induction heating on the axle for some reason? Or magnafluxed it? Could that magnatize it? Question: Why do you care if it is magnetized?
