metal sealers

is vinyl wash primer and epoxy primer the same thing ??
They are both 2 parts ? (hardener and product mixed?)
what is the best on bare metal?

Dupont or PPG ??

In my opinion it has to be PPG epoxy primer.It is not a sanding primer.You use it first over bare metal,then you can do bodywork and then use their NCT primer/surfacer.
