A while back Nate was looking for some hardware for his steering column... nuts & bolts as I recall. Nate, check out eBay item 4594778150. Narrative says, "... a nice used steering column to dash support for the 1947- 1953 Chevrolet & GMC trucks. Complete with the original bolts & the special square nuts that mount under the dash." Wow , _THANX_ Mike ! . You guys remembered ! that's -so- nice (snif,blubber) . As it turned out since it's my daily driver work truck I hadda make a couple new ones , it turned out to be super simple , like GM we simply chopped off a few squares of 1/4" stock then drilled & tapped them..... They looked just like the originals do . -Nate
