Need Help with New Truck??

    Hello board i have just purchased an '84 with a built 350 in it.
    The truck is in good condition and runs fine.

    My question is when im going up hill my truck seems like its not getting fuel and shuts off sometimes. I was out riding it today and it quit 3 times on me going up a moutain.

    Any suggestions on what could be causing this.

    The air fuel mixture might be too lean up in the mountains.

    Your vacuum advance may not be working either....check your timing ..
