New cab mounts

Can I unbolt the cab on my 1967 C10, and, using a jack and working around, lift it enough to put new body mounts in? I know most folks just do "body off", but I'm confined to one garage for my project.

Hi. Yes you can do that. I have replaced them and have just pushed up with my legs and it works.
