Hello all, I'm in the process of replacing the heads on my truck. ( 87 3/4 ton 4X4, 350 tbi 120k miles ) I bought this truck new & this is the first time anything other than routine maint. has been done to it. My mechanic told me that while I have it apart I should also replace the cam and timing gear. He claims the cam he wants to sell me will give the engine more power an improve gas milage. This truck has been very dependable and has always ran very well. I'm all for mo power and better milage but I'm concerned about throwing something out of wack in the tbi/computer control system. Any advise would be appreciated. Tim
