Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is jace and I am new to the auto restoration world. I loved wrenching on my motorcycle and riding to and from baja occasionally and found an old 1950 chevy 3800 sitting on the side of the road calling my name. So she sits in the drive now getting worked on occasionally and I have high hopes for her.
I have done alot of research online and have completed what some say as the intro to classic car work and rebuilt a 1954 235 for better drivability. It's been a great road that I have got to enjoy with my father and grandfather. It's also been a stressful one that has added some grey hairs to the ol' head.
Anyhow, I heard you guys were a wealth of info and a pretty easy going bunch. I look forward to all of your answers and maybe sometime later I can bee of some help. Pictures to come.
