new to this need suggestions

ive been a mech. for over 30 years but this is my first classic. this truck needs the cab supports replaced how difficult is this on a scale of 1 to 10. it also looks like some of the inner rocker pannel is rotted too. should i repair or replace. i am also looking for some ideas for a radio. there is not one in the truck and the dash has not been cut.
