I found out this weekend that my truck has a seriously sagging drivers' side rear leaf spring (not de-arched, but bent at the eyelet). My friend did a 3/4 drop with a full suspension kit on his '02 Silverado 2WD, and he can sell me his springs realtively cheaply.

Does anyone know what it would take to make these '02 2WD leaf springs fit on my '85? The alternative would be expensive springs from the aftermarket. Thanks! :)

I'd check on the length of the spring from eye to eye. I know some newer springs are 63" as opposed to the old 52" and 56" springs. If you really want these springs on your truck, you can, but it might require moving both spring hangers.
