No dash lights- '66

Though my guages work fine, I suddenly have no dash lights. When I jump the red main power wire at the headlight switch to the green dash feed wire the dash lights come on fine. Headlights work fine and I have replaced the switch to no avail. Advice would be welcome.

Well i have a 78 chevy pickup and i had the same thing happen to me but what i did is i just wiggled the dash lite behide the dash and they come on well after i stuck my arm up in to the dash.

Not to sound like a smart axe but did you turn your head-light switch? Also make sure the harness is fully seated.

Yes... I turned the switch, which should dim/brighten the dash lights.
