Those that hae heled me over the last year know that I am real novice at restoration. I am thankful to all those who helped.

This project (52 3100), is a learning project for me. I am an educator by profession. I also have a 71 Malibu that a master mechanic friend helped me with.

The truck is a project that I want to do by myself. I want to learn all aspects of restoration over the next decade or so.

Body work and painting is one of the areas that I want to start learning. I would like to find a fender for the 52 that needs work to use as my learning laboratory.

Looking for suggestions on finding a fender that I can tin knock, prep and paint:

Also what do you think a fender of this type should cost me?

It all depends on how much work you want to do to the fender. B.J. has plenty of beat fenders, some rusted, probably pretty cheap.
