oil filter canister

I know this is a truck thread but I am looking for an oil canister for a 1955 chevy 235 inline 6.
this is for a 1955 bel air. can anyone help

Pretty much the same unit. Can be found on ePay, swap meets, resto catalogs (pricey), etc. Look around, you'll find one.

Are you referring to a cannister that screws on to the block or the in line filter that bolts to the mainfold. If its the latter , I have one .

The one I have screws on the block bolt in middle of cannister.

 

Sell it to you for $20.00 plus you pay shipping to your home and let you check on shipping from my home to yours. thanks.
