Oil Filter Question

I have a 60' Chevy C30 with an I6 235 with the original cannister oil filter. I would like to convert it to a spin on type. I have searched the archives but haven't been able to find if a part or kit exist to convert it. Any help is appreciated.

To answer your question. No such animal exists to my knowledge.

Next is an opinion. The oil filter on that motor was just about worthless and didn't actually filter much. After a short distance it went into bypass mode and no longer actually circulated the oil through the filter.

I would recommend just blocking the filter off and changing your oil religiously on a regular basis.
