Well got my truck stripped today! I still have more of the inside to do but that will be later. Here are some pics. Happy Thanksgiving everybody!
I am a fan of old school striping, and of "less is more". That really looks great! Tastefully done. Who layed down the lines for ya? PS: I'm likin' the gun rack too!
Nice Work ! I also like the big bowtiesign on the wall and the bowtie drawer pull . I have an idea for my tailgate , wait'l you see it , gotta ge the rust fixed & re painted first tho' .
The artist is Raliegh Parker, out of Lynchburg,VA Does all kinda signs and striping. He did my welding helmet last year so i could see how good he was and as soon as my '48 was ready i called him over. Thanx Lakeroaster, the gunrack came in the truck when i bought it 11 years ago. (cant gettm like that anymore). Nate, that big sign is a 1939, 2 sided hanging sign that is reflective tape . the reason it is on my wall is because the one side is burnt up from the weather. It was removed from a barn near me with 3 other ones as roof panels so only one side survived. Love them bowties
