HOWDY!!!.. I had a "brain-storm" at my local hardware store,it's called "simpson strong-tie bearing plate washer" what it is is a 2x2x1/8th square with a 1/2-5/8 or 3/4 hole allready in it!! take your grinder trim to shape,,weld in place and no more problem!!! more later...bruce.
