Is there anybody out there rebuilding three-speed manuals with overdrive? At a reasonable price?

Have you looked into rebuilding it yourself? Lots of info, including rebuild manual available online. Try a google search "T-85N Borg Warner overdrive". Finding the parts is the difficult part. I am not aware of new parts made available anywhere. If you find some, let us in on it.
