Hi, there. I'm new to the site and the AD world, having just purchased a 1954 5 window. I 've been looking through the posts here and on the Stovebolt page and have seen lots of info on paint codes. Where on the truck would one find these codes? Perhaps (rather probably) it has already been posted but I missed it. The only thing on the driver's door pillar post is the serial number, and I haven't seen any other tags. Also how about the interior color? I'm guessing that maybe if the truck was the standard Juniper color, perhaps there was no tag? Thanks, Josh
Hey Josh, welcome to the forum! GM was really lax when it came to putting paint and trim codes on trucks back then. So lax, that they didn't do it at all throughout the AD years. I'm not that familiar with the interior color on the '54, but we have several guys here that are and i'm sure that they will chime in. Again welcome! Tell us about your project.
