painting

    has anyone painted there 60 -66 chevy a two tone na d how did yo do it where did you split it?

    I'm not ready to paint yet but I was thinking of spltting like
    where the fender meets the hood and all the way down the side
    like that. I've seen pics of a couple done like that, looks good.

    On my 62' I painted the body in primer grey. The grille, behind the grille, front bumper, and also primered the whole roof section primer white too. I even resprayed the letters on the tailgate in primer white looks pretty good, now i'm starting to do the interior of the cab in the perminate color.:)

    I think trucks that are painted white from the bottom of the windows on up look nice. There's one near me in incline village me that's orange on the bottom and white on the part of the cab above the window base. It's pretty showy.
