Anybody use Picklex 20? Sounds like an easy to use product for anybody not doing a frame off, but wanting an easy application for treating rust and making a sound surface for priming/painting.
No I havent heard of that product. I used rust escapulate from Eastwood. I worked great I just took wire brush and knocked off the looses stuff then wiped it down with laquer thinner and spayed the escaulater on like normal paint. Waited a day and sprayed on the chassis black. It looks good and is plenty hard. I did splurg for the ceramic chassis paint . It has passed the clumpsy wrench drop test with no chips at all.
