Cool! I'm kind of partial to Fleetsides. Are we going to see side-by-side build up photos, too? Have a great weekend.

    Pics of the 'Chevrolet Motel'....

Ok, I was just looking around the harddrive and found these photos from about 10 years ago.

Notice the split-rim wheels on ol' paint. The camper is a '72 Fields, 10'.5" with everything... we pulled the VW (a '69 we completely restored ourselves) to shows. The bug was the lil' woman's very first car. And my daughter is now 20...! Yikes!! :( The camp pic is from '05 tho. Our list of cars goes on and on..van, trucks, bikes...insurance man on speedial....
Hope ya'll like these. Sorry if aircools aren't allowed~it was a family project... just sharing a memory!

Ahh, I still speak pretty fluent VeeWee , my friend...that combo makes for a thrill ride that'll open the eyes of a bunch of V8 boys. Anything over 2 liters makes some serious grunt. My last incarnation was a dependable 1641, but with a weber 110 and dual 40 solexes. I built a freeway flier trans with a taller top gear too. I took several trophies and plaques home over the 8 or so years we showed. Talk about cult status...go to a VW show! Actung! lol~
