Hello guys just wanted to let all of you know that I posted the pictures up of the 54 chevy. Let me know what yall think.
Haha no kidding about the duster. The truck was in my dads garage forrrrr-evvvvvv-errrr and it got a little dusty.
Hello again I posted more pictures, the new ones are of the rear brakes. WHAT A MESS!!! Also I hate that bumper one day soon Im going to take it off. But the garage is a nice touch!
So what are your plans for this truck? Don't like the bumper, eh? It truely looks substantial from what I see in the side shot. Mine came with the original bumper, (banged up of course) but I'm making mine into a daily driving WORK truck and I've often thought that a heavy-duty bumper would be great for hooking a hitch to OR giving the tailgater what for if they don't stop in time!
Hello again, as of now the plan for the truck is to make it a daily driver. The rear bumper is built very strong and does have a hitch on it. I will post some pictures of it tomorrow.
Don't throw the bumper away TOO quick, Steve. I think we need a thread of rear ends. We know ALLLLLL about the front of these ADs, but I'd like to see a thread that shows rear ends. Lights, bumpers, gates, paint ideas, ~~~~ There are some breat ideas that have been posted as per hitch ideas, but I think we need some going away shots to see what works, and what doesn't. No? Anyway, I'm glad you're giving us some pictures to see what you've got. She's a beute!
That is a great looking truck Steven, enjoy it btw traveling down the road at 50 will get most of the real loose dust off of it on the test drives.
Hitches Here's mine Zig...receiver hitch, six prong plug to accommodate the extra wires for aftermarket turn signals, with another set of signal lights added to the trailer. A six to four prong adapter allows modern lights to use the trailer too. Bob
See, Steven? Paint your bumper silver, and it would look like Bob's. That doesn't look to darn bad, either! I'd say Bob uses his truck as a work truck, also. Thanks for the pictures, guys.
