Chevy Duty sells a power steering conversion kit part #76-977 to put powersteering on your strait axle, My personal opinion is I have a 58 chevy truck street rod and I put the mustang 2 under it, It almost dropped the truck a full foot and the ride is unbelievable it rides like a cadillac.
