Only a Guess. But The one that shows in Posts is a Avitar, Not Profile pic. Try Uploading it to Your avitar instead, Has to be Resized Fairly small, But it Might do it Automaticlly , Did with Mine anyway. Good luck. BTW , Nice Looking truck in Your Pr0file .
Go to usercp and click on your profile..you need to add url of your avatar or upload picture you want as your profile picture... Make sure that the size of photograph should not greater that the allowed one.
