Proper wirig for 1950 amp gage

    What is the proper wiring for the 1950 chevy amp gauge does the post on the c side of the gage lead back to the battery or is it reversed thanks for any help

    Power enters on the "D" side, then exits on the "C" side. All guages on these flow left to right.
