I am seriously considering putting linex coating on the fire wall, inside and outside of the floor and on the inner fenders. I am looking for pros and cons of doing this (other than cost). I would think it would pretty much eliminate the possibilty of future rust out and it would also act as a sound deadener to reduce interior exhaust resonance. Am I wrong in thinking this? I don't want to spend a lot of money on something that is'nt going to serve the purpose I intended. Thanks.
