radio bezel 47 to 53

    I finally found the correct origanel:confused: radio for my truck and would like to know if any body has had expeirenced removing the old bezel and push buttons. Any input or links would be appreciated.

    AD Radio Bezels

    Good quality bezels , flippers , dial plates and knobs are available from all the old truck parts stores , like Chevy Duty , owner of this forum ......(HINT !) :rolleyes:

    thanks nate i know where to get the parts but i started to remove the old bezel and it didnt come off after removing the screws on the bottom and sides.So i started to take out the inside to get to it but it looks like i will half to desolder a couple of wires that are connected to the chassis and so i thought i would ask for help before i go any futher. maybe it does come off from the outside without removing the guts. thanks for any bodys input. or links

    this information is very good I dont much about these old radios i do know that to have it repaired restored its about 500 dollers so i figure ill put new bezels knobs and push buttons for now at least it will look pretty thanks for your help ken.
