rear axel

    i have a chevy 12 bolt posi rear diff, it has( hc8 29w) stamped on the axel tube. can anybody tell me what that means?

    373 posi as denoted by the HC , warren plant as by the w, but I only see three digits for the date code here should be four....either `62 to `66....
