I have a 77 3/4ton fleetside pickup truck and I want to restore and rebuild it. The small block 350 was rebuilt to a 383 about 4 years ago. I want to up the horse power and speed, gas mileage is not big deal, as is I only get about 9. But i want to upgrade engine ie, fuel injection, new carb. etc... and i want to find out opinions, holly vs. eddelbrock, brands of headers etc...also needs lots of body work, if anyone could recommend a good body shop/person in the Sacramento, CA area I would greatly appreciate any and all help.
