    MY QUESTION FOR YOU IS HOW DO WE CONTACT REV ENGINERING? I WASNT ABLE TO FIND A WEB SITE OR ANYTHING.

    REZ has small ads usually found at the back of Custom Classic Trucks and Classic Trucks magazines that includes their phone number.

    BUT ! I do believe that the adapter plate is sold by most of the aftermarket truck suppliers we all know and love.. Including our hosts here at ChevyDuty.
