The wheels are very similar in most aspects. They both have the same bolt circle diameter (5 1/2"), both have the same stud diameter (7/16"), both are approximately 5" wide. However, the original rims have a 9/16" offset, whereas the newer rims have a 7/16" offset. I'm not sure that this would make a big difference or not, but it could affect clearances. As far as using your original hubcaps, be aware that they attach to the original rims via 6 clips. The newer rims will not have the clips, so you'll have to buy clips for the newer wheels and install them in order to use the original caps. Hope this helps. Ken
