Hey guys, when I pull the Choke out on cold start it only works for a couple seconds and then stumble and shut off. Engine will run fine with it all the way in and have my foot on faster idle. I have checked the cable and taken the air cleaner off to check the closure and everything looks to operating fine. What gives?

    Proper Choke Useage

As soon as the engine starts , push the choke knob in until the engine runs at a fast idle....

Unless the valves are properly adjusted and the dwell & timing are dead nuts , it'll run very roughly at cold idle .

    I hope this helps....
