Just wondering how some of you have attacked the problem of removing the bulk of the rust from the rolled over portion of the bedside on a stepside truck without taking it to a professional sandblaster? I am trying to do this from home and looking for suggestions. Once the bulk of it is removed I plan on putting POR15 up inside to prevent rust. Thanks!

i thought about it, however i went for the expense of the sand blast last week. over all it saved time and i would have never of got it so clean. Looks like it came right of the assembly line. used a etching primer dupont 620/615 with a poly urethane base primer , came out cherry
But i have used por 15 on my vw thing 2 years ago. haven't had a problem, good look.
