trying to clean up my under truck floor pans, frame, and wheel well areas..
wondering if there is a product available that actually stops/ neutralizes rust?

not wanting to take truck all apart and media blast.. just want to clean up what i have... would like to spray areas of concern with a rust stopper, and then paint or undercoat..

anyone done this with sucess? actually neturalize rust?

I've had very good results with Por-15. Just don't get it on anything that you don't want black (like the garage floor or your skin). Brushes on easily and looks like it was sprayed.

    Phosphoric acid

I sprayed my undercarriage with acid and then rattle cans of black Rustoleum. My experience with Por15 is that it encapsulates the rust fine, but doesn't stop it, so if the rust hasn't been removed eventually you have problems. We'll have to see how well it holds up, as a frame off restoration isn't on my near horizon either.
