OK I was removing the left fender of my 62 and one of the bolts was rusted shut as I put a fair amount of tork with a breaker bar the head of the bolt came off leaving the stud in the body any ideas on how to remove it :(

Been there... try applying some Liquid Wrench, tapping it lightly to wick it down into the threads, and trying it with a pair of visegrips, if there is enough stud to grip. You may want to make a couple of doses of the stuff and let it set for an hour before you put too much twist on it. If it's flush with the nut, you will have to center punch it, and drill it for removal with an easy-out tool. You can buy a set of them from the local parts store, and use the Liquid Wrench as well.
As a last ditch, heat applied from a torch to the nut will loosen most all rusted bolts, but be very careful with it!
Good luck with the first option.

If you can center punch it and drill it out. That might be another option.

    heat Wax

Heat it up wick wax into treads and work loose.
Do not try to unscrew the whole thing at one time
