Ok everyone, I've been looking for a chrome brake booster to replace mine. I haven't been able to find one that is the same size as the original S10. Any ideas on where to find one?
There are aftermarket boosters in 7", 8", 9", and 10" that I know of but since they're dead simple to disassemble I'd just pull the guts out and have the can on the factory one plated. If you don't think you can strip it then I know there are several booster rebuilders in the Twin Cities which would gut it and let you chrome it or probably even have bare cans on hand you could have chromed. Check the yellow pages.
