Seat Question

Is there a way to tilt the seat forward on my '69 C-10? The shop manual mentions a wing nut, but does not say where it is and I can't find it. Does anybody know where it is? Thanks,

you will have to pull the flap that covers the hinge away and you will see a pivot and a bolt, remove the bolt.
