Side Panel

Hey guys I own a 1970 c20.The panel under the passenger door is rusted out. I'm pretty new at this. Any suggestions?

That would be the rocker panel. It will need to be cut out and replaced with a new one. You can buy replacement rocker panels. If you don't trust yourself with cutting and welding, than perhaps bring it to a body shop and have them replace it.
