sorry I think I lied

Hey I tried to post pics of my new project, but the site is not lettin put my pics on the this message....maybe ya'll cud help me on this

 

What format do you have the picture saved in? Make sure it is jpeg and not too large.

 

Save your pictures to the Desktop.
Highlight the picture, right click and open with MS Paint.

In MS Paint on top row - click on Image and click on Stretch/Skew
you will see 100% and 100%
I used 44% and 44% to get to the maximum 130kb. After you make the change you can go back to the desktop. Right click the photo, go down to properties and it will tell you what the size is.

If you need to go back in and change percentages remember that you have already knocked it down to 44%, so the next change might only be 95% & 95%.
