SOS 1992 GMC/Chevy part commercial/rv specific

I’ve got a 92 GMC G3500 Vandura box truck and I had a catastrophic bearing failure on my passenger side steer wheel which essentially destroyed the spindle beyond safe extended use.

The part is common on commercial and rv truck/van chassis Chevy and gmc from 85-92. It’s dually specific, RWD specific.

I’m attempting to take my box truck across North and South America so sourcing this part it’s important for our continued travels.

Our last resort is finding another truck and moving the box onto it.
I’m in Idaho, just outside of Spokane stranded at an O’Reilly parking lot. Hoping to have something found within the next few days. I’ve checked local salvage and eBay but haven’t had any luck! Hopefully someone here can help
