My nephew come to work early this morning to work on a bare 51 AD frame. By the time he left 9 hours later it had a Mustang II IFS and a Jaguar IRS. Not bad. All is tacked into place so finish welding will take another full day. The rear is from a 1986-2006 Jag and has the outboard rear disc brakes. Not as sexy looking as the inboard ones but work better. Jaguar STILL uses the drive axle as the upper control arm, a puzzler to me.

It's always nice to see the Young 'Uns taking an interest in the hands on aspect of the job .

Folks often tell me there's no young folks interested in real Hot Rodding anymore , I disagree .

I'm so impressed with this kind of work. This is so far beyond what I know I am just floored. Love it
