    Only in my dreams!

And when i was young!:D What are you going to put it on? I'm sure that it would be pretty EZ to do given know-how, ability to find a compatible intake system, access to a machine shop, etc. Give us more data and i'll bet we can do this! Dual quads on an egg-beater! I can feel the vibes right now! I've got "HOT ROD" mags dating back to '58. I'm pumped! Let's do it!

well i was thinking about putting it on my old mustang its pretty much all i have that has a good motor in it. I can do alot of machine work or i think i can haha. I have grown up around machine shops. The mustang has a 289 bored 30 over with flat top pistons polished bottom end 2.02 intake valves. 650 holley i cant remeber what cam it has its a very agressive one tho.

Be careful with that, cause a scattered engine is only good for the parts company you buy from. If and when you get it together post a pic.

    Where's your sense of adventure?

Let's model this after Ed Iskenderian's egg-beater and you won't have to worry about "scattering" the engine! Ask your dad about Isky blowers and cams. Ask him about "404". Personally, i'd go with an Isky blower, but i'd have to have a Duntov cam! Now that's hot rodding, my friend! Slap on a Moon Equipment decal on each side and let's race for slips!:D

The only supercharger experience I have is putting a paxton supercharger on a brand new vette. I had to go to the bathroom before starting it so when it blew up in my face I wouldn't *&$# myself. I'm more of a natural asperation guy myself.

The small amount I have learned about puffers is : they runbetter with low compression engines , I don't know if a hot cam will help or hinder , keep us posted .

well i started working on it and so far its going good. I think its going to work except for i think it might be to big o well with a cutting torch and welder i can make it fit haha. I have another question is a one ton cab the same as a half ton. We have a 1 ton cab at one of our farms and i was thinking about buying a frame from a friend and putting it on it. I believe its a 1950. I wish I had the original frame but my dad and grandpa thought they needed a trailer more than they needed the pickup so the frame got cut.

The 1/2, 3/4, and 1 ton cabs are the same. When you get to the 1 1/2 ton the fenders are bigger and the grille is bigger. We have made an 18 ft and a 12 ft trailer out of 1 ton chevy frames on my farm. They really made good heavy trailers.
    Good luck,
    Gater
