Does anyone have comments regarding pros and cons for relocation of the alternator, I like the mid level passenger side location. I am looking for clean look without the 50 feet of belt (that’s a joke). However, I do like the original large bracket that places the alternator on the top left near the thermostat housing. I have a short water pump with 350 engine, I guess somewhere it doesn’t protrude out to far. I will be using the three wires with the internal regulator.
This may allow all of the wires (or most of them) on one side, choke, temp gage, etc.
