It's me off topic again but for a RARE reason. As soon as we have room a fellow is bringing us a 1927 Chrysler Imperial 80 Roadster of which only 6 were known to exist, 2 in North America. This makes #7. Interesting read on google. Restored the frame a year ago which had lots of stress cracks and every single cage nut was torn loose. Wood spoke wheels will be a challenge but been that route before. Rumble seat has the usual step on rear fender to access but something never seen before is the passenger side rear quarter panel is also a door that lets less agile people walk into the rumble seat from the side. Owner done us a favor and assembled with just a single bolt or two holding each panel in place but lets us see what the finished car will look like. Will have to do lots of panel fabrication, lathe and mill work, and probably make patterns for molded pieces, all of which is my cup of tea. I'm actually disappointed when I buy something and it fits the first time--figure I just as well be screwing on lug nuts in Detroit but this project will be WONDERFUL. Pictures as soon as car comes back to shop.
Reminds me of the 1941 Hudson convertible my Dad restored a number of years ago... One of 3 or 4 known to exist. If you Google "Images" search, it is THAT car that comes up.
