Threat of the nut of steering gear?

    what kind of thread has the nut on the steering gear to fix the pitman arm?
    3/4" 16 UNF?

    Chevy lists it in the parts catalog (29-54) as follows: 3/4 16 x 3/8" thick-1 1/4 hex part number 254291.
