Just received my new passenger side tie rod end from rareparts.com. It is complete with new clamp, spring, cups, end piece with cotter pin, grease fitting and a new ball with instructions on how to replace it if your old one is bad. The passenger side is the one with left hand threads. I hope this post helps others with the same problem I had. I usually get my parts and supplies from Classic Parts (Chevy Duty) but they don't have the original type tie rod ends. I am 3 and a half years into the build on my '58 stepside. As everyone knows, it takes time and money. My truck is like most, same rust in same areas, all that is fixed now, trying to get it on the road for its 50th birthday. One other thing, it has overload springs, none the ones I have seen around here have them.
