    I'm restoring my 1965 C10 - Fleetside, Std. trim.
I'm trying to make it as original as possible, but am not really sure what size of tires if left the factory with.

Can anyone tell me the original size and type of tires? - I'm also interested in knowing if it came with a "white wall" or all black.

    Thanks in advance...

The 15" x 5.5" wheels were the standard wheel size on the C10 trucks and the tire was sized accordingly, but I don't have the exact size from the charts in the Truck Sales Data book, but I can find it for you. Radials were not available on the trucks, so bia-plys were the standard fare.

A few years back when I first bought my truck I researched the stock tire sizes:
    • 670-15 is correct for a 1/2 ton
    • 710-15 is correct for a 3/4 ton

You might want to do some searches for photos of trucks with these tire sizes. The 710-15 looks a bit more appropriate, the 670-15 is so small it looks silly, well IMO anyway.... case in point:
