I dunno ; I've been tightening them by hand for 50 years and never had one back out yet . If there's a leak or seep, remove the derby cover and turn it over, look at the holes, if they're not flt you'll need to dress then flat again using a 32 Oz. ball peen hammer.... My S.W.A.G. is no more than 18 Lb. Ft .
My Dad always said then back off 1/8 turn. Maybe that is for metric fasteners. Seriously, when I need to know torque specs on a bolt that isn't listed in the Maintenance Manual, I look for a chart on line. Many out there. This one popped up to the top of the list.
