Transmission Identity Question

I got it with some 3600 truck parts and I've never seen one with a secondary output shaft like this one. Here's some numbers I got off it if it helps.

Not sure on the trans. ID. Although, item in foreground mounted to it with the output shaft is a P.T.O. or Power Take Off

Thanks for the info. I found a site with some numbers and I guess it's a SM420 Muncie 4 speed with PTO. I still need to find out what the PTO is or was used for in the 3/4 trucks and how it works exactly. There is an engagment lever but not sure how it was hooked up or if it just ran in neutral with engine running or what the deal was with the thing.
