Truck restoring object for sale !!!!

:eek:I clipped this ad from a guy whom wants to sell truck parts in Eugene Portland Oregon, i `ll noticed that the parts he wants to sell belong to a GMC and a Chevy truck . 1800 dollars seems to much fore these parts to me , but maybe its possable to buy all of it fore a reduced price? I`ll think he just gave up his project and wants to sell out.

I got a chuckle out of this one. Did you notice that the sheet metal is complete EXCEPT that it has no cab? It's a flatbed, so no bed, tailgate or fenders. Runningboards are for a flatbed and thus are no use to someone wanting to buy this to build a PU. Notice he says that "these parts fit 47-54 trucks"? Well, I'd like to see him install those '51 and newer window regulators in a '50 and older truck. And finally, his "crown jewell" instrument cluster is not a Chevrolet, but rather a GMC (notice the amp gauge goes from -50 to +50, not D and C as in chevys".

So, does anyone really think this collection of parts is worth $1800?

Well for me, $1800 dollars is a much for his parts. I can still find those Chevy and GMC parts at a cheaper price.
