Hey I was wandering if anybody has put these apc truck seats in you trucks and if so do they fit. I have a 56 3200 if that helps. Or what is the best aftermarket seat I can buy. Here is a link to look at them. Thanks any help will do.

If you are wondering about these seats, keep these things in mind. First, what is the width of the seat? You only have so much room to work with. Second, How high do these seats sit off the floor? Remember the original seat sat quite high because of the cab being high. Third, Will your seat brackets adapt to the new seat?

As far as seats from later model trucks or cars working, check out the archives here at ChevyDuty. I have seen that folks have used the seats out of Cadillac Sevilles and other large cars. Again, got to check the width and whether or not you seat brackets are going to adapt.

    Hope this helps.

Those seats are cool.Faced with a seat issue for a '57 3200 I picked up a 2004 Buick Lasabre with built in 3 point seat restraints, slight modification and a bit of thought and they look and work fine.Got the seat at a local wreck yard. Inexpensive too.
